Sel joins the team from Johannesburg, South Africa. He makes some awesome grooves on his bass drums and is the keeper of perfect time. He is also one of those lucky people who were forced to practice classical piano from an early age. He reluctantly continued his piano studies throughout his University years in Cape Town. A dancer of Mexican-American decent, Mara's movements are influenced by international travel and performances in Central & South America. She thrives on tribal rhythms, especially those fused with Latin and African drums/percussion. Previously a Salsa instructor, she easily transitioned into the multi-cultural world of SangomaBeat.
